doesn't need all the flash and special features, this is the gun for him. It is one of our Nighthunter revolvers chambered in 356 GNR and based on one of the Ruger Old models. The 356 GNR has all the power of a 180 grain 44 Magnum but a lot less recoil. It regularly takes down cow elk, Nilgai, cow Bison and other like size critters. It has a 6" barrel with the interchangeable blade front sight and green fiber optic which can be changed for the gold bead or red fiber optic bead as he chooses. It has the Gunfighter Grip with the black Corian grips. It has had the Positive Performance Package and is very smooth. The gun is finished in our satin Black Chromex with satin stainless small parts and grip frame. The gun also shoots as good as it looks. The Nighthunter is normally $1695 on the customer's base gun so with us furnishing the base gun it would normally run around $2300. It is sale priced at $1595.

It's the full equal to a .357 Maximum in a normal size cylinder. I manage an easy 1500+ fps with a cast 180 gr. and 4227 powder. I love the two tone and it has all the little tricks you need. The action job, subtle enhancements in performance, and sights, all really combine to enhance the shooting experience. It's a free gun for the custom work price.

I have a 356 that started as a 6.5 Ruger new model 357 mag. I really love the gun. So much power and not a lot of recoil.

I have a little Pirate Gun in 356 GNR that has accounted

for quite a few medium to large bodied critters and most with one shot. 8" barrel on the G-2 frame. I use the 180 grain Sierra Silhouette bullet.

great hunting round in a single action Reeder gun, a great packing pistol in a Reeder converted model 27 S&W. I only wish I had a lever gun to match.

Another fine pistol Gary.
