Bought a new Springfield Saint pistol at a LGS July 4th sale. I shot it over the weekend and after only 20-25 rounds it stuck a case in the chamber and locked up tight. I called Springfield's customer service this morning and was told to take it to a local gunsmith. The gentleman I spoke with didn't seem to want to help at all and when I told him I expected to be made whole financially he was not interested in talking further. Bottom line, this is the first time that I got such bad customer service from a gun company after I had spent almost a grand to buy one of their products. I won't be buying anything else from Springfield that's for sure.
