from a few manufacturers like Hornady and a few others. In the last couple of days we have had every one of them quote us 90 to 120 days delivery on anything. The major reloading press and accessory folks are also quoting 120 day delivery. So if you need reloading gear and know where some is my recommendation is grab it while you can.

Primers and powder are flying off the shelves. We have put a limit of 1 box of 100 primers per person as our supply is dwindling quickly. Nate and I were talking a bit ago about people's attitudes when you tell them one box of ammo or 1 pack of primers. They get all huffy and act like they are somebody special and they should get as much as they can. We went thru almost 5000 rounds of 9mm ammo in the last 3 days and are getting down to the nitty gritty. And that was at 1 box per person.

One fellow said he called to order bulk 223 ammo off the internet and was told it would be shipped within 90 days. And the price had amazingly gone up too. There is some out there if you act soon. Most is at retail plus about 20% and in most cases plus shipping and plus the credit card fees. Not all companies are doing that but most are. Good luck.

Spoke to a friend after a gun show. He said 9mm ammo was...

20,000 rounds of the good rimfire ammo, Hornady, CCI etc. We are down to maybe 1000 rounds now and no prospect of more coming in.

I just hope people learned their lesson last few times..

This has happened. But, generally they don't.

I wouldn't even bother with a gun show right now. Probably a few good buys on my kind of guns, but not worth it.

Have talked to gun dealers who are having folks come in and ask what kind of guns they have ammo to go with. They are quite literally buying a gun for whatever kind of ammo they can get.

we are doing the same thing. We probably have

20 9mms in the counter and Colleen sets back a box of ammo or each one, plus a box of 45 and whatever the calibers the other guns happen to be.
