Hello all. I am in need of a G2 frame for a Reeder barrel I recently purchased from a misfit. I tried my old frames but nothing locks up. Before I buy new, I thought I’d ask if anyone has one they would part with. You can email me at kenny4570@gmail.com if you have one. I don’t need anything fancy but I’m open to any. Thanks. Kenny

The fittment has been whonky a couple years

Gary can fit it to your frame for you, just a little tweaking, but in selected points he knows about. Check with Gary. A new frame would likely require it too. I've had to modify two of mine, a G2 and Encore.

WB thank you. I’ll check with Gary.

I did some voodoo on one of my barrels

And I’m NOT suggesting it, It’s only for discussion. I had a new barrel I wanted to use on a 1974 G1 frame, for my own goofy reasons. I installed an old TC G1 “split lug -with barbell connector” locking lugs from an ancient .357 octagon barrel. By odd slim chance it allowed that new .255 Banshee barrel to work on the old chassis AND the old octagon .357 (now .357 Max) with the latest twin and non-connected lugs, still worked fine too. So it was a lucky suitable swap. Just FYI.
