I heard on the news that our esteemed governor is going to put in a travel restriction starting August 1st.

Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker said on Friday that effective Aug. 1, all travelers over the age of 18 or unaccompanied minors entering the state – both visitors and residents – will either have to quarantine themselves for 14 days or show proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken in the previous 72 hours. Incoming college students are also included in the order.

Additionally, Baker's order requires visitors and residents to complete a "Massachusetts Travel Form" prior to arrival, unless the person is traveling from a lower-risk state as determined by the Department of Public Health. Lower-risk states – those with a positivity rate below 5% and with a daily average case count below six per 100,000 residents – include Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Failure to comply with the order may result in a $500 fine per day.

I have some friend flying out to North Dakota to hunt waterfowl at the end of October. Will we have to deal with this crap at that point?

I would like to do some kind of out of state hunting trip this fall. Somewhere for deer or other game in the southern states. Am I out of luck?
