Rechamber a T/C barrel

Mr. Reeder,
Can you rechamber a T/C factory blue barrel in .357 Magnum to .45 ACP?
I don't have the barrel in front of me but it's a 12" or 14".

That;s called re-boring, plus the re-chamber.

Not many guys in the entire country do that anymore. It's a whole lot cheaper to sell off that one you have and get one already done up or order a custom one even.

reboring is $180, plus another $250 to rechamber, and then take all the writing off the barrel and re-marking the correct caliber on it and rebluing it. You would have a $1000 barrel. Like they said, sell it to a friend and buy a barrel in the caliber you like.
