what is the overall cartridge length you recommend for the 338 gnr? Im starting to load some rounds, and im not sure where they should finish at. Thanks

reloading manual says "Trim to length 2.575"".
Test gun was an Encore....for Contender drop loads by 10%

Your barrel will determine the COAL for each bullet you load for. Start them long and decrease until they are not touching the lands. Different lengths can effect accuracy. My 338 loads vary from 3.500” to 3.615”
