Joined in 1978 and had every intention of getting and using the GI Bill to fund an ag education when I got out in 4 years. Decided I liked it, stayed 21 years and by then Dad had retired, sold, and Mom and him have lived a long, happy life together! Sure do miss it even after 42 years! We had a pretty big pig operation going also and I don’t miss that so much!
GOING TO TAKE YOUR PIC AND SEND IT TO MY DAD! Farming was for him and Mom! Eagle was for me! Shit! I think smoke from all the fires is making my eyes water!!!!
