We have room for 50 people,so we have plenty of room if you want to join us. As you can tell you can bring a friend, a wife, a youngster, or girlfriend.
If you have never hunted on our HHC before there are several thousand acres of hunting area, some steep hills, some rolling pastures, some heavy woods, so a little of everything. The animals are in every one of these areas. The buffalo, elk, red stag, sheep and exotic deer prefer to stay in the woods at the edges of the rolling hills. At the edges of the woods the weeds and grasses are often chest high so walking up on one of these critters is not unusual especially at the edges of the cornfield and the woods.

The cornfield is a hard hunt, mainly because it is so thick. A big hog can be 4 feet from you and you won't see him. But it makes for an exciting hunt.

No matter where you hunt you will have a good time.

The hogs are everywhere.
You can hunt however you like. If you have trouble walking you can hitch a ride on an ATV and they can take you to a ground blind where the animals cross. You are sure to get a shot there. The hogs run in packs of sometimes 25 or 30 and are usually in the deep woods. Their eyesight is horrible so often you can sneak up on a herd of them and get a shot, but when they are spooked they run straight uphill so at that point the race is on.

There is a large cornfield that is planted just for the animals and is extremely thick. You can be 5 feet from a hog before you see it. The elk, buffalo and stag like to stay in the cornfield also, so it is a real challenge. .
