I could never understand why certain states can carve up our Second Amendment rights. Every state agreed to abide by the constitution and its amendments when they joined the United States. Federal laws are supposed to apply to every state the same. laws apply to every state so it’s really hard for me to understand how they can hack and carve up and decide what those rights mean in each individual state. I did see however that the Supreme Court knocked down their Hi capacity magazine ban.
Maybe one day the supreme court will explain to California what “shall not be infringed means”.
