The .429 DE is a great idea for actual shooters. The machismo of the "big .50" is the only reason some own them. They can't hit their butt with both hands. The .500" projectiles are limited and expensive. .44's are varied and usually generally available in some form. I have some .440 empties (I actually got from GNR), they look good. I just can't see Roman springing some $600 for the adapter kit for his DE. He likes the machismo factor at his age.
