You know I'm a nervous gun buyer.

When I get anxiety or stress I'm likely to buy a gun, or worse a motorcycle. And buddy I have lots of stress! A "zoom" court hearing next week for emergency relief on an Estate case I've been working on for 2 years. So... I won the bid today...

It was the full package of fun. It was a stinking great deal then some other yeah-hoos in the bushes ran it up another $100 on me using that 15-minute rule. But I did win it with some room to spare. It went from a deal to just worth the money to me. But I had fun.

I just can't stop buying these things. (Don't YOU go out and buy one, you'd probably hate it) Some guys piss and moan about them, but hey to each their own. The guns retail for super high ($700-800 range) and have completely horrific resale value. That is part of the lure, I've yet to pay even 50% of retail for a lightly used one in the box. This makes .380, 9mm, .40 and now a .45. Jim scalped one to play with and it intrigued me. His reloading and testing different magazines. I read that there are some 1911 mags that work perfectly. The PM45 is just a little bit smaller than my P40 but bigger than my PM9. It weighs less (empty w/o mag) than a pair of loaded 1911 magazines. It's very small, no buttons or levers, just a long non-stacking trigger pull, then BANG!

I have fun and keep it real. I traded Roman an old .32 ACP I was going to sell, he wanted it. He told me "Dad I'm a collector", LOL. So I'm not too deep in it.

But it's a .45! One inch wide and 19 oz.

I still have and carry my G30s too, same size as a G19 BTW. This is my P40 below, the PM45 is only about 1/4" shorter on the muzzle end.
