I saw was Norma and from what I was reading it was damaging the Colt Delta Elite in as little as 100 rounds. Even with a rubber buffer in it. I heard they were pretty much forced to drop the power of the load to keep the FBI happy and to keep from damaging the guns. But I don't have the original 10mm specs from Norma so this is all conjecture and second hand knowledge to me.
