give aways for the HHC. I have been working on

getting a lot of special give aways ready for the HHC as we always do. So far I have about $1500 in prizes and a lot more I am getting gathered up. And thanks to Gary Lindholm who has donated a bunch of reloading gear. Dave Manson of Manson Reamers will be there with all his crew and he always donates a lot of specialty tools. Bob denning says he is going to donate some special gear (my advice is stand way back when he opens the box). Several other folks have said they will send or bring some special prizes to the hunt.

For those that are not familiar with our HHC, it starts Sept 30 and runs thru Oct 4th. It is in Monterey Tennessee at the Wilderness Hunting Lodge. Normally we have 50 to 55 hunters there but I expect maybe 40 to 45 this year due to all the virus worries. They have not had any virus problems in Monterey Tennessee at all so I really wouldn't worry too much about it.
We usually bring a lot of guns with us. Some will be for sale but it also gives you a chance to check out the various features of our guns and handle them. We also take a lot of orders while we are there and folks bring their guns to drop off with us to customize rather than ship them. Saves you some money.
On one of the nights there we will all gather in the great room in the big 3 story log lodge and draw names out of a hat for a lot of special give aways. We will have 2 large tables of prizes that you can check out before the drawings. When your name gets drawn you go to the table and pick out a prize. Usually we go thru this twice or however long it takes to give away all the prizes. Everybody gets something.

It is a good time to get away from all the BS of the past year and enjoy the company of new and old friends. The hunt is great with almost 15,000 acres of rolling hills, deep canyons and thick woods.
