I bought my daughter a Marlin 336 ( curly maple) for Christmas ( GOD help us we still have one) and I am looking for ammo. The Hornady Leverevolution was my first choice , but can't find any. I read that pointed bullets are bad in a tube fed gun. Everybody has their own opinion. 30-30 ammo is scarce and I was wondering what factory ammo would be good. What say the MISFITS?
