Reeder Custom Guns - Wildey 475 Mag

Have the opportunity to purchase one of these at a very good price. Know that Gary is a 44 automag fan. I know little to nothing about the Wildey other than what I have read on the net. Anybody have any experience with this weapon?

I have handled them but not shot them. A friend has one in .45 Win. mag. He does not talk about it much.

Charles Bronson did with them, they were less than perfect for us. One of them that Kase had even had the hammer break in half while shooting it. The gas system was a real pain in the butt. Every couple of shots we had to re-set the gas system as it changed as the gun got hot. I personally wouldn't own another one.
