in the end of a potato. We shot it from a "Potato Cannon" we had built from PVC. The propellant was either White Rain or Aquanet, both very promising. It hit with sufficient force to make a very sizeable 1/2" dent in a sturdy metal door. That was some 25-27 yrs. ago and it's till there. LOL The potato was simply a greasy sabot! I'd not want to get hit with it. We also left one loaded for 2 weeks and picket it up, it fired instantly on the first try! Pretty valid weapon.
