said we were going to get some snow last night and today and as usual they were wrong again. The snow we got wouldn't cover up a woodpecker's pecker. And no snow at all today, just 25 degrees with a 40 MPH wind out of the north. Supposed to hit 10 degrees tonight at my house and 18 here in town. Need to bring in the brass monkeys. Hopefully we will get some snow soon. If not we are in for a really bad fire season. It's drier here than Scott Boggs in his Depends.

So we may have a white Halloween.

Also the bucks are making scrapes. I walked around Sunday afternoon and discovered a few fresh scrapes.

So this weekend may be a good bowhunting weekend.

by Saturday evening. Sunday the wind picked up but it still got down to -4 by Monday morning. Now the wind is howling and it 40.

Went from tee shirt weather yesterday, to in the 20s early this morning. It’s about 33* right now.
