My friend Martinho sent me some photos of the church in the village of Mieze where I worked for 6 years. They have been allowed to resume meetings but have to observe all the normal precautions.

It was good to hear they are all doing OK.

Lagos, says they are burning things down. The poor are tired of officials taking all the bribes and oil money while they suffer with failed infrastructure. Many former officials have flown the coop in private jets loaded with as much money they can run off with. Citizens are burning down their estate homes!

That was his report from home and southern (Christian) Nigeria. I sure have not seen it on the news.
