AR-15 "handguns" that come with the Sig type stock. When the ATF first started allowing them as handguns everything was clear and concise but then some companies started pushing the limits and making the "handgun" not really a handgun in any sense. In doing so they hurt the rest of us. I think this is what the ATF is looking at. Those of us that have then may be forced to register them or face a big fine and possible jail time.
The ATF is looking at these right now and also looking at ghost guns with no serial number. We are allowed one ghost gun with no serial number and that gun has to stay in our possession and we cannot sell it. But some idiots are hitting the gun shows with tables full of them, no serial number, no paperwork, just pay and walk out. I think that will be the next ATF ruling and rightfully so. Again a bunch of greedy people are ruining it for all of us.
