A lady just came in the store and said her 38 S&W model 36 would not fire. I took the gun and it was cold as ice. It was 9 degrees here this morning and she had kept it in her car overnight and had a CCW course this morning. It wouldn't fire half the ammo. I checked it and it was full of congealed grease and some thick oil. Cleaned it out and it shot fine. She said her friends told her to oil it up good before the course to be sure it would work.
