Glock barrel/chamber “sloppier” than a lone Wolf or others? Is it made looser for combat at? Just be a little bit if information to tuck away.

I've measured factory barrels vs aftermarket barrels and found the aftermarket barrels that have .004-.007" tighter chambers.

You see the same thing in Custom Revolvers like Gary's vs factory guns.

my friend, converting his G35 into a .357 SIG version. The Alpha series is a bit of a waste to me for the money. You are paying for "fluting" and a fancy black finish that is not needed for about 1/3 increase in price. But I got a deal after searching the web a good while. Now with ammo running from $35 cents to $2.45 cents each he's ready to have fun. I hope he gets dies and we load for it.

I'd go for a 9X25 Dillon or 7.62x25 on my G21 but I'm not really jazzed about the SIG on the larger platform. I have 9mm Luger, 10/.40 barrels and .460/ACP on that platform. Oddly the 9x19mm is a 6" Lone Wolf, as is the 10mm! I get the performance of a long slide, but not the balance or sighting.

It extends .65" from the frame. I don't get the Alpha Wolf Barrels either, so mine is the basic stainless offering. It's tight chambered, handles cast bullets well and eliminates the Glock Smile on fired cases.

I can easily push a 180 grn to 1200 fps, but have settled on the GT HP 180 grn at 1160 fps. That duplicates the original 38-40 Rifle Ballistics.

Longshot Powder has completely changed the game on my 40 S&W guns. That's why my G35 will get the sight upgrade.

My buddies loaded me up with brass. And using a chronograph I know the 10mm is only 100 fps faster in real life unless reloaded! I actually prefer 180-200 gr. Bullets. Running 1000-1100 fps in carry autos it’s salty! A fantastic revolver round, truly!

I own Kahr, Glock, and Beretta .40’s and three revolvers take it, GP100 6-shot custom, Reeder Single-5 custom, Reeder #5 6-shot custom. And I love free brass!
