When is the new reloading manual coming?

to have anything to do with guns or gun related items. Of the various companies that I have talked to only a couple will do it but they are 6 times more expensive that the fellow that did the first 2 editions and he has closed shop. I would have to price the manual at a minimum of $100 and I won't do that. So I am still looking.
