Got a HS Revolver from my Uncle today
8 or 9 shot 22 lr.
Cartridges are stuck in cylinder
Will not fire any
If I put BP Blaster in the cylinder
Will it hurt the finish
Which is not bad considering
Gonna try to tap on ejector first
With a soft little hammer
Don't want to mess anything up!!!
Swing out cylinder star extractor

Thanks
Mark

Just be careful, a rimfire has two sides that mash.

I assume these are live rounds? Did the cylinder swing out

or is it still in the gun? If it is still in the gun have you tried just shooting them. If the cylinder swings out, tap the nose of the round lightly and see if it will slide out but stand to one side of the cylinder in case the tapping causes the round to fire. Without seeing the gun there is really no way of giving you more advice.

Please keep us tied in Mark, friend has similar issues and

guessing that it has something to do with the ejector rod and how it appears to be threaded in. Not sure how the extractor is aligned but schematic shows what appears to be a threaded cylinder? Around ejection rod at the front of the cylinder. Poor description, sure of terminology. Thank you
