that won't happen until the Electoral College votes and then the President of Senate puts that vote before the Senate and the House.
That ain't gonna happen until late in December.
The media can make out like Biden is President but he is only "President Elect" and if the recount going on and the lawsuits alleging voter fraud change anything he could become nothing.
I don't know that will happen, but the Fat Lady has not yet Sung!
