Normally about 25 to-30 family members gather for Thanksgiving dinner. Not this year. Two of my granddaughters have had the virus with one now being okay and the other one working through it. They are both nurses. In 1959 for our first Thanksgiving dinner together. Dot and I had Pepsi and Pepperoni Pizza by ourselves. I think we're going to do it again this year. Who says you can't go back?

We are thankful every day

And although we will miss seeing kids and grandkids, we talk to and see them often on line. Thankful for God’s grace, this great country, and being happy on the ranch.
Being a few hundred miles N of you John, it will most likely be a White Thanksgiving.

AMEN TO BEING THANKFUL!

Except may get takeout chicken. Things will get back to normal in due time. I am still thankful, I remember a lot of Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners in an Army mess hall without family. Pizza and Pepsi with even one loved family member always trumps that.
