Starline has always been good to us when we order

large batches of GNR brass, but lately they have been less than satisfactory. I know Bobby (the owner) very well and may have to get with him but the people I have talked to on the phone have been less than helpful. The problem is some of the new revolver brass is thicker in the interior walls than normal. In a sizer die when it goes in the die, well lubed, it takes both hands standing up, to get the brass out of the die. I really believe I can break a Dillon 550B press if I am not careful. I have tried 2 different sizer dies and the problem exists in both. I called Starline and get the run around. they tell me it is my die when I know it isn't, as I have used those dies for years and never had a problem. Looking on the internet I see quite a few people are having the same problem, so it isn't just me. But Starline's not being willing to even talk to me about it is what bothers me. And I bought 500 rounds of each of these 2 cartridges that are totally useless right now.
