I bought a couple hundred of these of of gunbroker to shoot in my reeder 500 maximum. I’m not sure if it is 315 gr bullets? Would anyone know anything about them? Are they plinking rounds or hard hitting rounds? Thanks [image]

Andy made those as

A mid range load. They are easy to shoot but still pack a punch.

Andy told me the load but I forgot...

It can be duplicated with around 27grs. 4227. It was a good idea too tone it down a little for less recoil in revolvers. The brass alone is a treasure. He did good!

Gary shoot two cow bison wit his "special load". He was shooting solid lead with no gas check, as his bullet supplier didn't have the gas check bullets ready in time. The bullets both exited the bison at the rear after a center check shot. That load you have there more powerful than the ones he was shooting, I remember Gary saying he was barely pushing 1000 fps.

They are poo, probably bad for you. $50 to help out.

I took them to the range this past weekend. They were very accurate They were like shooting a 38spl in a 357. Much tamer than the max loads in 500 maximum from bob at CCC.

Yes, you have quite the treasure trove there.
