I think I am getting soft.....

I have been hunting with the muzzleloader all week to no avail. Monday I did kick one out of the laurel patch on my way to my treestand but the rest of the day was for naught.

I did check my trail cameras. On one I see a large doe and two smaller ones. I believe that they are a family group. Now I do have a doe permit but there is a part of me that is hesitant to take the big doe.

I have today and then tomorrow. The season will close until October when archery opens up.

So. I am wondering if I should shoot the big doe and leave the two smaller ones on their own, if they show up at one site?
