I shoot behind ear 90% and if the pig faces me then it’s right between the shoulders. Those bullets that look like a phillips screw driver are junk. steer clear. XTPs come apart. Hope to also be trying some GT HPs soon.
Winchester’s black talons work. You need to be accurate to drop them.
If you have to aim for the shoulder you will live with how that animal reacts to your placement meaning some run a long ways,,,,, and do not expect to see a very long blood trail.
hair and fat seal up holes, that’s why I prefer an expanding bullet.
