I saw a guy fondling an AK yesterday all fussy and trying to make up his mind. The owner told him he better not hesitate if he really wanted it. I noted another big fella hanging back and looking at small things. Sure enough as soon as that guy walked out the big boy stepped up and said "I'd like to buy that AK for $1000". Not even a single round of ammo for it in the whole store. But that other guy lost out.
If you really NEED it and it's there, you got the cash, GET IT!
