Saved me $5 from burning a coupon eating out and got me 1/3 toward one of the bullet moulds! I also ran and got my little .22 to test quickly. This is the first it’s put them all on the plate at 25 yds.

I still have 0.160” of front sight and I may deepen the top strap groove some. The grips are glued to the frame with Accraglass and release agent. Tight so I may just leave it that way for a while.

Three weeks, a file, one box of cartridges, three paper plates, it’s been a fun and fruitful diversion. Fun is where you find it, even a cheap antique SAA trainer.

WHOLE LOT A RUNNIN' GOIN' ON!

Happy trails wandering the back country so armed! Or just bustin' targets of opportunity off the back porch... (I even plink indoors with my BB & CB caps!!) ;o)

It don't take much to amuse me, I love it

I do love scheming Reeder Customs. Doug and I used to keep features and details secret from each other while we both had customs on order. Maybe leak a hint now and then. We really had fun. Then we'd meet up at HHC and shoot some poor animal and eat it. Have some good fellowship with the guys, a little gun show, some shooting practice with maybe some of Gary's prototypes. Boy what fun!

In this hectic old world some simple pleasures sure can be sweet.

Just buying some old moulds or dies from an Estate can be like Christmas to an old coot. The furor of forum purchase and anticipation of arrival are things to enjoy. Much more the use of the items and sharing information with friends.
