a good friend. He sent us a big box of the bullets to test for him, but before we got the tests finished Charlie had received 2 bullets in the back of the head execution style down in Georgia if I remember right. It was rumored he pissed off the Israelis. All the fluted bullets today are copies of Charlie's bullet.
