I will-- but I will stick with my rifle .358 Win and 250 speer at 2400-- or the .500 GNR or maaaybe a .410 gnr 250 gr cup point. Or a .450 Marlin--- choices choices and that is the fun

It's very efficient in a handgun length barrel...

There has been accounts of some loads loosing velocity in longer barrels due to drag.

Lots of expansion area in a .358" bore with the case capacity.

I like the fact you can use pistol, rifle and cast bullets equally in it. That's also why I bought the first 355 GNR I could get. It's hard to imagine a better G2 Cartridge.

I thought a .375-08 would be a good handgun round

That was back in the 1990s, when JDJ had the .375-06 for the Encore. When Federal came out with the 338-08, i thought that would be a great one for Encore handguns too.....i didn’t know about Gary yet.

About the 375 Raptor, 308 case, gets good velocity in pistol or rifle
