it's a practical matter though. The family got them as a present for me after all my bitching about someone getting my pair. The boys won't wear pink so they are now always there when I need them. I can slip them on and off without using my hands coming in and out from short trips outside. I wore them to get a package from the mailman also wearing my PJ's. He laughed and said "hey I don't judge". We had a good laugh. No one else ever sees them.

They should last a long time. But golly are they slick!
