DOT WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOUR DAYS IN DECEMBER WITH PNEUMONIA ON TOP OFF THE CHICOM CRUD. GOT YHE BILL TODAY FOR $35,000+. OUR INSURANCE (MANDATED MEDICARE PLUS SUPPLEMENTAL) TOOK CARE OF ALL BUT $39.

Praise God, that is awesome. Insurance is the biggest rip off going, I can't tell you how many times I've been thrown to wolves with insurance, home and health,oh yeah dental and eye. Should have just put that money in a savings account and would be way ahead.

various things and then as we get older and need the Medicare or other things quite often they try to waffle out on paying the bill. Insurance companies are the worse. You pay and pay then as you get older they tell you there was a hidden clause that when you reach 65 or 70, the policies lapse. But you can pick up the policy for another 10 years at only 3 times the cost. I really hate insurance companies.
