doing our final packing and unpacking and repacking anxious to be on the way. We have had considerable changes and worry about the covid crap possibly ruining our hunt. We have had to change everything at least twice since we first booked this hunt. First it was (for me) Phoenix to Atlanta and atlanta to Joburg. Simple.
Then the changes started. First he hunt was moved back a year. Then rebooked. It went (again for me) Phoenix to Salt lake, to Minneapolis, to Amsterdam to Joburg. That was changed, thankfully as the Amsterdam leg was going to be a nightmare. Then things changed again. Now for me, it is Flagstaff to Dallas, Dallas to DoHa Hamad International airport. That by the way is in a little country called Qatar just a bit east of Saudi Arabia. Then Qatar to Joburg. Then in Joburg we take a small airlines to a little town called Upington and the guys from the camp will pick us up in Upington. Not quite as simple as our first schedule but at least all that gets us to Africa. We lost a couple of our guys along the way which I hate but some folks can't stand the constant changes. We still have 10 of us and that is fine too.
