been boxing lead ingots up for 3 days now and have

boxed up over 2000 lbs of lead. One of my guys who is not a reloader looked at the bucket of ingots and said "boy those are nasty". I told him we have to flux the lead and all the dust and crud floats to the top and we skim it off. So don't be shook up if some of the lead ingots have some dust and grime on them. They sat in the old gentleman's garage for 20 years and then in my garage for at least another 10 to 15 years. But they are good hard wheel weights with a bit of tin in them.

I also am getting the linotype together and will have a count on that maybe tomorrow. A lot of the linotype the old fellow had was in the shape of corn cakes. He apparently used his wife's iron corn fritters to pour the linotype in so if you get some corn cob looking ingots they are linotype.
