First you 32-40 freaks. I picked up a box of the limited issue John Wayne 32-40 ammo recently. The box is a bit ratty but the ammo is bright and shiny and new. No reloads. I looked this up and in really good shape that box is going for $100 to $125. The ammo is head stamped "DUKE" 32-40.
