Many of the very, very old guys slander them. But, they work extremely well and long term store better than traditional lubed bullets.

I ordered bulk as I always do. In short they cost me 11 Cents each delivered to my front porch.

As Jim posted below, this makes shooting my 30-30s (and other 30 Caliber guns) cheaper than rimfire.

Unique is my turn-to powder for these loads.

Hoarders, handloaders and bullet casters are a hard breed to put out of commission...

With the 135 grn Coated FN Bullets in my guns. They are cast at about 16 on the hardness scale and coated. I've pushed them faster without leading, but accuracy peaks at about 1600-1650 fps...

Sounds like more fun I play with the 115gr RCBS bullet and

Trailboss. I did try Unique but accuracy was better with the Trailboss. Some 135s would be fun I have used 165 and the Lyman 173 gr has worked well for too. 1 Super 14 barrel and 2 Winchester’s make for great choices. With lots of different loads. You can do a lot with the 30-30.....

Unique starts working at about 9.2-9.5 grns for me...

Below that, it's a little squirrelly. I can load a little less than that with 165-180 cast.
