Gary I have a Marlin 36 in 30/30 and was wondering what caliber you would fit, I am thinking 400 GNR or the new 411 GNR? Any other one I should consider?

lots of choices, any of our Falcon series that are

based on the 30-30 case. You could have
221 Falcon
241 Falcon
256 Falcon
6.5 GNR
7 GNR
30 GNR
300 GNR
330 Falcon
355 Falcon
361 Falcon
338 Falcon or
400 Falcon.
All except the 30 GNR require a new barrel.

Have you put the 300 GNR in a levergun?

short to work in a lever action.

Personally I'd look at his .358 cal round

It is real close to a .358 Win. that I have never heard anything but praise about. It would shoot flatter and be more fun to tinker with pistol bullets too. FWIW

that is the 355 Falcon round, here are a few others
