Phone. Found out today my phone was saving them as an heic instead of jpeg in ordervto conserve memory. Even after saving as jpeg couldn't post. I went in to camera mode, opened advanced settings and swithed off the heic setting and can now upload to the site but only pictures I have taken after changing the setting. None that were previously saved.

If you can get those photos onto your computer

and put them in Paint, then save them using the "SAVE AS" button, choosing to save them as JPG's or JEPG's, then you could load them.

Downloaded an heic to jpeg converter program but haven't tried that yet.

PICTURE IN MY FOLDER, THEN HIT EDIT,RE-SIZE,AND CHANGE 100X100 TO 30X30. SAVE.
