2 more machinists but nobody wants to work. Why work when they can get almost $800 a week in unemployment. And in some situations even more than that. 2 of my guys that were college students and worked part time as machinists quit and moved back to their home states when they graduated and the college classes ended for the summer. So I am down to 4 full time machinists and 11 safes full of guns waiting on being worked on. It is frustrating as hell.

I wish I was close enough to be taught. Hell I'd work for near free or in trade if I was anywhere close. But unfortunately I'm in North Carolina
