Had heart attack at 39 , walked home chewed an aspirin and didn't go to dr till next morning. Went to doc and they sent me via ambulance to cath lab where I got 2 stents in my Rca, which was 99% blocked.
Had I paid attention to little signs alone the way, the heart attack could have been avoided. Got my 4 year check up coming soon, need to shed a few more pounds lol, have lost 8 in last 2 months.
