First job out of anything and he is the boss of a mechanical/electrical department! 23 years old and in charge of a dept with at least 150 years combined experience. He asked me the other day when I was wiring up a contact how I knew what size hole to use on my wire stripper! “42 years of experience!”, was my almost polite answer! Oh, and he pretty much comes in whenever he wants!
