funny how companies promote guns that aren't even
in the consumer's hands yet. The new Taurus GX4 is their newest offering. Their G2C was and is a great little gun and one of the top guns for 2019. In fact I sold 4 of them to a very liberal man who hated guns but thought he needed one. He bought the G2C and a week later came in and bought one for his wife and one for each of his teen aged daughters. Overnight he became a conservative gun owner.
The G3C was the offering for 2020 and it also was and is a great gun and very popular with the average shooter. Now the new GX4 is out in very limited numbers, mostly to gun writers and the internet gun writers (who are mostly lost as last year's Easter eggs) are saying it is the perfect carry gun and the best thing since David pitched a rock at some big dude who had plans to turn him into a brown pile of mush. The thing about this is the gun is not even out in the consumer's hands and they are pushing it as the 2021 gun of the year.
Now I am sure, knowing Taurus' reputation, the gun will be a great little micro 9 but at least let the consumers get one and see how they like it before promoting it as the best small gun ever.
I know my complaining is like blowing smoke up a duck's ass but it relieves tension.
