by the same ATF approval as the first such which approval was granted to an indivirual (owner of Shockwave Technologies who licensed the concept to Mossberg) that a shotgun never equipped with a buttstock simply needed only meet the Federal minimum length of 26" LOA, and to meet that length, the barrel length will vary depending upon pistol grip length.

Now, you owe me an apology for that foul mouthed tirade, and if not man enough to do it, I can be equally foul mouthed to say that you and your lapdogs can go eff yourselves with vigor.
