still lightly lube the brass before sizing and I noticed quite a bit of difference in the amount of pressure it took to size some of the brands. Some slid right thru with no problem while others took a good bit of pressure on the arm of the press. I assume that was the thicker brass that built up a bit more pressure when firing.
And like John said there was obvious difference in bullet seating with the different brass.
There was also some brass that I had never heard of, and not really sure where I got it. We buy estates and quite often the old gentlemen would have jars of once fired brass that I would tumble and add to my batch of brass to load.
