Hornady and Speer soft lead bullets in bulk. Not sure if they make them but others do for sure. Jim told me the .480 Achilles ran soft lead .45 Colts good enough for close up.

I figure the “.44” C&B .45 conversions do really well. I’ve read of .32 ACP conversions for the .31 Colt and Remingtons too. I bet they don’t mak many or for very long!
