finally all 3 of my Africa guns are finished

tonight I will start the test firing and get them sighted in. The 510 GNR was the hardest. Shooting it with the Bisley gripframe bloodied my middle knuckle every shot. Sunday morning I woke up with it swollen twice it's size. Finally yesterday I gave up on the Bisley gripframe. Even with the Gunfighter Grip it smashed my middle knuckle every shot to the point where I was holding the gun at an angle trying to keep it from hitting the knuckle and my accuracy was non-existent.

Yesterday afternoon I switched to one of our Magnum gripframes to solve the problem. The Magnum gripframe gives me about 3/8" clearance between the back of the trigger guard and my knuckle so hopefully that solves that problem.
Here is the 510 GNR...I have a scope set aside to fit on the gun and show the African folks in charge and will then take it off when we reach camp.

The main gun for longer ranges is my Encore in 378 GNR. Thanks to one of you Misfits that came up with an extra Encore after my guns were stolen in Qatar back in April for the Cape Buffalo hunt. I don't remember who I got the frame from but I am leaving your baby shit green paint on the hammer and part of the frame.

The third gun is my stand by gun in 429 GNR. This one also uses the Magnum gripframe to save your knuckle.

Here is how the Bisley Ginfighter Grip fits my hand, right up against my middle knuckle.
